You agree to cooperate fully with coolbet's KYC procedures, which may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. coolbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
All financial transactions on the coolbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). coolbet supports the following local payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at coolbet's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your coolbet account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. coolbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

coolbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; or coolbet has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, lines, or game outcomes, coolbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. A "manifest error" includes obvious typographical errors, technical malfunctions, and pricing errors that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect.
Winnings will be credited to your coolbet account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game. Settlement times vary by sport and event type and are published on the Platform. coolbet's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the coolbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, coolbet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall coolbet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your coolbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
coolbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting coolbet support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with coolbet informally by contacting our support team. coolbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
coolbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, coolbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
